What’s up man.
Today we’re going to have a friendly chat about bulletproof babies. I bring this up because a lot of you have been wondering about the timing, format, and content of my next projects.
Will there be more events?
More books?
A new Manosphere 2.0?
All of the above?
Today we’ll explore some of those questions.
Bulletproof Babies is actually the title of a book I’m working on for men - for you, my fellow manospherians.
You may recall from The State of the Manosphere 2024 - which doubled as my farewell address and tripled as a final SOTM address - that at the end I announced an upcoming post-presidential memoir titled The Manosphere.
This is a serious, major project for me, straight to print, that is going to take serious time, effort, and dedication.
I don’t want to rush it. I can’t rush it. And I won’t rush it.
Legendary game designer Shigeru Miyamoto (the guy who created Mario) is often quoted for saying:
"A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is bad forever."
This is good design philosophy. Something I’m keeping in mind for The Manosphere, which will span much more than my five years as your favorite Manosphere President.
It will span my entire 18 year experience, knowledge, history, world travel, and relationships within the manosphere as a central organizing figure.
The only one who operated at this level and axis point. From 2000s peacocking with Mystery, to marrying a hooker in Vegas on accident, to getting shit faced on absinthe in Poland with Andrew Tate and everything in between, it’s all there.
Every secret, lie, fraud, fed, and truth will be exposed. No mercy, no filter, 100% raw. Every bit as unhinged as this newsletter and a little extra spice on top.
At the earliest you can expect this book to release at the end of 2025, and probably later.
A new manosphere will be built around the launch of this book as we progress on our shared journey to alpha enlightenment.
WITH THAT SAID.
There is another, shorter, more focused book I’m working on for you. Something I’ve only alluded to in this newsletter and my recent video podcasts with
.That book is Bulletproof Babies: A Man’s Guide to Building Strong Babies.
This is planned as a downloadable e-book, similar to The 10 Laws of the Alpha Male. It will be paid/premium only. Cult members of The Dream Lounge will get early access and an exclusive price.
This book will be everything I wish I had in a neat, easy to access book from day one of Allyssa’s pregnancy.
It will be everything you need to build a strong, healthy baby as the leader, apex alpha male, and patriarch of your family.
The book will cover pre-pregnancy breeding preparation for your future baby mamma. How to make sure her body is primed and ready to pump bulletproof babies out.
It will then cover the entire pregnancy, birth, and first year of life.
I was not happy with (most) of the available baby books out there. The ones for men in particular are super cringe, super beta crap on a stick. I did not see anything out there written from the position of alpha male dominance and patriarchal masculinity.
Almost everything to do with pregnancy and childbirth is actually drowning in feminism. All of the negative attitudes you see towards men, fathers, and masculinity in wider culture are cranked up to 11 during this process.
The lip service doctors and hospitals give to fathers is just that, hot air bullshit. They really want you to just be there as a support structure (slave) and passive, silent wall flower. This is because the entire pregnancy and birth process are an extremely rigid matriarchal structure that needs to be smashed into a million pieces.
It wasn’t always that way but it is now.
In this book I will teach you how I did just that for my family in the process of optimizing mom and baby’s health to the max. How we did the impossible - a natural birth - at the 3rd largest hospital in America.
I will teach you how my daughter at 17 months old has yet to catch a single cold, sniffle, fever, flu, or round of COVID.
Not one fucking sniffle bro.
This book is written from the basic premise that you wield an enormous degree of influence in creating a strong, healthy baby from scratch. You are what you eat. Babies then are an extension of this principle. They literally are what mom eats, nothing less and nothing more.
That means everything going into mom’s mouth (or not in avoidance), both food and supplements.
I actually first started investigating pregnancy and child birth issues around 2015 in my first marriage. I wanted to understand what the conventional wisdom was, and what normie doctors were getting wrong during this delicate process of creating a human from scratch.
Even then I was horrified at what I found, particularly around child birth issues.
Once we found out Allyssa was pregnant I took a deep dive back into all of these issues and more. I was able to compare and contrast that to what I learned from studying health and wellness via The 21 Convention for so long.
I had to learn quick - the quicker the better since our baby was in progress. I was thankful to sit down for a 90 minute sort of coaching call with
later in the pregnancy to review child birth issues specifically.Allyssa and I got to ask them a lot. At that stage I had a lot of opinions and conclusions formed but it was all conceptual still. I had no experience applying these ideas to reality, navigating a large hospital setting, and dealing with the myriad of complex choices and challenges that await child birth.
Michael and Emily by comparison shared many of our values and concerns, yet had over half a dozen children themselves from a mixture of home births and hospital births. They were absolute veterans of this process and knew what awaited us.
In short this phone call was super useful, and my aim is for Bulletproof Babies to provide much of that same impact for new fathers trying to figure out what to do.
Not everyone will have access to a Michael and Emily Foster mid pregnancy, but everyone can have a concise handbook written from a positive perspective about masculinity and patriarchy.
Finally, I think it’s paramount that young fathers take lead in dominating their wives during pregnancy. This is both for your wife, for you, and above all the baby.
During pregnancy your baby mamma’s biology, brain, and hormones are all over the place. For almost an entire year non-stop, culminating in a major, delicate event known as child birth. It’s serious, life and death business. Women and babies die every day around the world from childbirth.
Even beyond the life and death stuff, this ~9 month window is truly (literally) the origin and axis point of your child’s entire life. Everything is on the line here, and it is up to you to maximize the health of mom and baby during this process.
The decisions you make there can positively impact your child for the next 80 years of their life. Beyond your own death.
Your kids deserve the best in other words, so they can do this.
You can expect Bulletproof Babies to drop in early 2025, as sort of a warm up for the much larger memoir book later on.
You can expect BPB to be around 3-4x as long as The 10 Laws of the Alpha Male in actual written content.
Stay tuned. Cheers.

P.S.
It blows my mind a bit that no one in the manosphere has ever written a book about these subjects. Pregnancy and childbirth for new fathers from a patriarchal perspective. Strong opinions about these issues are not uncommon in the sphere, but no one actually put anything together on it. Ever. Until now.
